I live in the Royal Burgh of Kintore,  Aberdeenshire, Scotland, along with my wife, Edith and not forgetting the dog,  Cindy. I have two children Gary and Dawn who have both flown the nest. Apart  from researching Family Trees, I enjoy playing golf, present handicap 17, newly  joined Insch Golf Club, after previously playing at Huntly and Meldrum House. I  enjoy walking, especially going up Bennachie, where you can see most of the north-east from the Mither tap.

At present I work as a Site Manager for Kirkwood Homes. at Alford.
